Single-color roll coating, electrostatic powder coating
Electrostatic powder coating uses an electrostatic powder spray gun to eject coating powder. As the powder disperses, its particles are negatively charged. Driven by airflow (or other forces such as centrifugal force) and electrostatic attraction, the charged powder particles adhere to the surface of the grounded workpiece. They are then heated, melted and cured to form a coating film. Electrostatic powder coating is one of the widely adopted powder coating processes in industrial finishing.

Continuous production is realized by an automatic two-coat, two-bake production line. Equipped with a coil coater, the line completes surface treatment of metal coils through 12 working procedures. The equipment is suitable for coating flat materials such as metal sheets, plywood, cloth and paper. It meets requirements for a total of 10 performance indicators including coating leveling property and adhesion. It is compatible with both bake-curable and UV-curable coatings, enabling standardized film thickness control and automated continuous operation.
