Equipment and Process Description

The company is equipped with a color-coated coil production line with relevant processing capacity.

We continuously upgrade and optimize our processes by drawing on proven color-coating technology experience from both domestic and overseas industries, so as to steadily improve the manufacturing technology of color-coated Al-Mg-Mn sheets.

Process Control and Continuous Optimization



Coating Adhesion Control

A cleaning system is installed to clean the surface of raw sheets, together with a passivation process to enhance the bonding strength of the coating.

Eco-friendly Process Features

Chromate-free primer process is adopted to meet relevant environmental control requirements.

Film Thickness Uniformity Control

The coater supports color change operations and enables standardized control of coating thickness on the top side. A curing oven is matched to complete coating curing, ensuring the adhesion and stability of the coating.



Color Difference Control

The oven is equipped with a fresh air system to reduce batch-to-batch color variation for products of the same specification.


